**Role Summary**:
As the Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with the team to provide social media administrative support in all capacities. You'll build strategies and develop creative ideas to make the best use of social media.
- You’ll be professional and responsible for social media aspects of the company ensuring the correct online exposure, resulting in social media growth and exposure.
- The Social Media Manager needs extensive knowledge of the social media platforms in which they work. They will need to know how the functionality of each social media platform works to an advanced level and understand the organisation's aims and objectives.
- You’ll prioritise managing the social media channels ensuring you are staying on top of trends, and top and emerging influencers as well as attending events with the aim of networking.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have excellent time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You’ll be familiar with nightlife as well as popular trends, social media and influencers

**Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Manager tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube Discord and Telegram, adapting content to suit different channels
- Ensure the social media plan is executed by overseeing content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques
- Analyse competitor activity
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Update company website
- Create promotional materials such as posters, flyers & social media assets
- All other general administrative and ad-hoc duties

**Skills You'll need to have the following**:

- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
- excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- Project and campaign management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
- online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
- Skills in graphic design as well as experience using Wix, editor x and other website-building platforms
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Motivation and commitment.

**Location**: Clerkenwell, East London
**Salary**: Dependant on Experience
**Hours**: Mon-Fri, 10:00 am-18:00 pm.
