The ideal candidate for the Parts Manager role is someone who has over 5 years experience working within a Parts Manager or Parts Advisory role, the business I’m recruiting for have multiple divisions, the ideal candidate will have ideally worked within the Hire sector whether that’s Automotive, Plant, Haulage, Forklift, Generators or more

The day to day role of the Parts Manager is to manage all the parts department for multiple business and brands throughout the group. They are looking for a forward thinking candidate who is proactive in not only supplying parts for the business you are working for, but supporting other users in the local area/ UK

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established organisation that are growing at a rate of knots, this is a position you can really make your own and receive recognition for the work you do

The Candidate:

  • 5 Years experience within Parts Advisor/ Parts Manager role
  • Driving License
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills

The Role:

  • Lead and Manage the Parts Department
  • Dealing with enquiries including receiving, recording incoming calls & parts orders.
  • Processing all parts orders
  • Providing support for all sales & service department
  • Chasing credit notes for Parts Warranty or faulty parts supplied.
