Purpose of the role

Responsible for the delivery of the sport strategy supporting our House of Brands; Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar. Leading the project management of partnership opportunities and activations that align to the sport strategy and cultural pillars. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Lead the development and delivery of new global sport partnership strategies which drive impact and support the establishment of our new brand houses . Aligned to cultural affinity pillars and key sporting/ lifestyle territories, you will be required to support in identifying new partners and optimise existing partnerships Creation of strategic partnership proposals to support internal pitches for new partnership activations. Demonstrating clear attention to detail and strong business acumen – leveraging data and insights to build compelling business cases based on clear KPI’s and deliverables. Collaborate with purchasing, finance and legal to lead negotiations and contract new & existing partners, aligned to clear KPI’s and global brand plans. Create and deliver integrated and creative communications, supporting always on story telling across all brand comms channels. Manage relationships with markets to drive consistency and adhere to the Sport Partnership strategy, maximising multi-market activation opportunities – this includes running the monthly, quarterly and annual market reviews. Responsible for measurement of all partnership activations to better articulate the impact of our brands. Responsible for day-to-day partner relationship management ensuring a ‘personal touch’ is central to customer experience. Management of global budget inputs, audits and finance consolidation Maximise all employee engagement opportunities with ambassadors and partners to build our network of advocates and support brand recognition, health and reputation. Develop strong networks across the business to ensure the full commercial value chain is realised.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience working as/with Sports Rights Holders and /or Sports Activation Agency – to bring brand objectives to life Excellent end to end project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and proactively solve problems – thinking without limits Experience of working with / understanding exceptional and authentic global media stories to generate positive brand messaging Experience of leading campaigns that interface with multiple stakeholders  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assimilate information Ability to navigate fruitful and advantageous partnerships and associations for the House of Brands Strong experience in marketing and communications ideally working with a luxury brand, rights holder and or sporting arena or an in-depth knowledge of these areas  Ability to influence and build strong relationships both internally and externally
