PMO Manager

Do you want to help shape software that affects thousands of lives?

Who are we?

We are ranked as the UK’s #1 construction specific software player and our mission is simple; to provide market leading end-to-end software solutions to the construction and construction like industries across the entire build life cycle.

If you are looking to build an exceptional career with an award-winning company you’ve come to the right place. Our teams are based in the UK, Europe, and India, working on products that are used on a global scale. We have a clear and defined road map to deliver over the next 3 years, which is centred around a large-scale digital transformation as well as continuing our growth and expansion.

We embrace diversity and equality and want our employees to be comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves every aspect of our business.

The Role

As we navigate our path to growth, we're introducing the role of Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to the team. The goal? Make projects smoother, get teams collaborating better, and keep everything transparent. We're on the lookout for someone experienced to lead the way and ensure our key initiatives are a success.

This role is a pivotal role for us at Causeway as we're two years into a transformation, moving from acquisitions to putting it all together. We're after someone with at least five years of hands-on experience running a PMO, dealing with transformation teams and managing a portfolio of change projects.

We're on the lookout for an experienced PMO Manager who can jump in and collaborate with other project teams. As the PMO Manager, you're not just about processes – you're the go-to person to ensure projects run like clockwork. You'll collaborate closely with all parts of the organisation and report to the Head of IT.

Your job is to set up and ensure we stick to project management rules, bringing in best practices. Partner up with key players to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned to our goals.

If you're up for the challenge, join us in shaping the future of Causeway and ensuring our projects shine.
