The successful individual will hold a caseload of individuals requiring Occupational Therapy formulation and assessment and support a group programme. Main duties of the job

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Educate the team about occupational participation and the benefits. Social inclusion, social prescribing, and recovery Work in partnership with other agencies and community organisations. Develop occupational groups. Develop an occupational Therapy pathway in Living Well Provide Occupational assessment and formulation. Identify barriers to occupational participation and advice on how we can reduce barriers. Plan and carry out evidence-based interventions. Work closely with the multi-agency team. Strengthen our Cased Based discussion by bringing an occupational therapy lens.

Demonstrable post-qualification experience of working with complex health problems, including problems associated with complex relational and emotional needs, and severe depression, anxiety, co-morbid substance misuse and trauma.
