Job Description

We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to join the IT team based at our Head Office in Carlton Park, Leicester. Reporting to the Group Technology Director, the IT Business Relationship Manager will create, implement and maintain a demand management framework for IT resources, which will be used to support the IT Steering Group, facilitating informed decisions and plans for the delivery of IT Services and Solutions.

You will develop, implement, and continuously improve the IT demand management process and to work with key stakeholders in the business to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, develop business cases, allocate resources, and collaborate with project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of IT functions and good awareness of off-the-shelf IT solutions Experience building and managing successful relationships at all levels Excellent planning and organisational skills
