About the Role

We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join the IT team at Watches of Switzerland Group. Reporting to the Group Technology Director, this role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a demand management framework for IT resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the IT demand management process
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives
  • Develop business cases and allocate resources
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure successful delivery of projects

About You

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IT functions and good awareness of off-the-shelf IT solutions
  • Experience building and managing successful relationships at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
