Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a demand management process to support the IT Steering Group
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives
  • Develop business cases and allocate resources for IT projects
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IT functions and awareness of off-the-shelf IT solutions
  • Experience building and managing successful relationships at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
