About the Role

We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join the IT team at Watches of Switzerland Group. Reporting to the Group Technology Director, this role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a demand management framework for IT resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an IT demand management process to support the IT Steering Group in making informed decisions and plans for the delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Work with key stakeholders in the business to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, develop business cases, allocate resources, and collaborate with project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT functions and off-the-shelf IT solutions to provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.

About You

  • You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of IT functions and a good awareness of off-the-shelf IT solutions.
  • You will have experience building and managing successful relationships at all levels.
  • You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
