Job Purpose

Promote the TechnipFMC brand through the delivery and support of external marketing and client focussed events for both Subsea Projects and New Energy.

Job Description

• Planning and delivery of external activities, documentation & events as required
• Capturing feedback, monitoring and measuring effectiveness of events & activities
• Embedding our Core Values and Foundational Beliefs culture and brand 
• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Research and promote potential new events for region 
• Communication responsibility for external events both internally and externally
• Key external organisation network development
• Key Client database management
• Work within budgetary limits set by management
• Manage new inbound tool HubSpot
• Responsibility for Floating Offshore Wind website
• Manage UK promotional tools and external marketing material
• Develop New Energy’s future ID and positioning, branding and messaging guidelines
• Build a New Energy ‘client journey’
• Develop ‘Subsea Showroom’ Inter-Array Cable offering
• Creation and Roll-out of new and/or updated external marketing material as required by Regional or Global directives

You are meant for this job if:

Typical background and experience required:
Essential:

Event management experience, including in-person and virtual events
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Webinar and Live Events or similar platforms, SharePoint Online
Digital and graphics skills 
Ability to liaise with colleagues and senior leaders at all levels in the organisation
Experience of engaging and working with external agencies and clients 
Self-starter accustomed to busy workload, tight deadlines and managing priorities effectively 
Ability to manage short notice tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written skills
Creative and innovative skills

Nice to have: B2B Social media awarenes

Qualifications (professional, technical, academic):
Essential: Degree level qualification or equivalent 
Previous experience in marketing, communications, external client engagement.
