Salary - £45,000 Plus Company car

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance, development, and talent management.
  • Analyse workforce trends and initiate proactive measures to address talent gaps.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organisational development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
