As a Homeowner Compliance Administrator at Hyde, you will be working within the Home Ownership Team (HOT) to assist and provide a high-quality and comprehensive support service, specialising in Homeowner frameworks, legislative requirements, and financial activities.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming correspondence to HOT, ensuring accurate recording and appropriate responses in line with procedures and statutory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams for data entry, monitoring Homeowner information, and implementing system adjustments.Generate key performance indicators for the Home Ownership Management Team (HOMT) as required for reporting purposes.Oversee HOT income management, including payment processing, banking, and team income reconciliation.Maximise HOT income, ensuring proper allocation and minimising spend.Contribute to the review of HOT management procedures and provide additional support and training to team members.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong administrative or office coordination experience.Experience or interest in property or homeowner compliance.Proficiency in managing incoming correspondence and data entry.Financial management skills, including reconciliation and payment processes.Strong communication and teamwork skills, working with multiple stakeholders.Ability to generate reports and handle system adjustments.
