You will have experience working in the aged care sector as a Carer. You are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care.

We are currently recruiting  HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE  Personal Carers to service our growing clients the in Eastern suburbs. You will be travelling to our clients private homes to assist them and care for them. Shift types include personal care, home care (domestic assistance either basic tidying up or meal prep) and transport shifts. 

 You must be willing to travel to and within the Mornington Peninsula for shifts (sometimes short 2 hour services, sometimes longer and multiple shifts)

We need from you:

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Cert III Individual Support, Cert III HACC or nursing qualification or be studying towards one Experience in aged care, preferably  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care-plans MUST HAVE current full or probationary drivers’ license and own, reliable vehicle to travel to our clients homes  Current first aid and CPR or willingness to obtain at own expense Current police check Covid vaccinations (3 doses) and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccine What you can expect:
