Main duties of the job

You will also lead on developing a training programme to ensure all front line staff are trained in the delivery of smoking very brief advice and that key staff are able to support smoking cessation by screening and providing initial pharmacotherapy support to inpatients as part of the admission process.
Develop a communications plan to raise the awareness of the tobacco dependency treatment throughout the Trust. This will involve the ability to engage and communicate at all levels from executive to front-line staff. Lead on inter-organisational service development to confirm tobacco dependency treatment pathways with system partners
You will lead the Service, working collaboratively with clinical service leads and professionals both within the trust and with local system partners. As the Programme Manager you will oversee the programme with your staff and embed the principles of the model within the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation trust. You will
