We are delighted to be recruiting for a well-organised and super efficient Coordinator with a creative streak to support a team of globally based consultants. This is a full-time position which offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). As Coordinator you will be the lynchpin between the business and clients, taking responsibility for supporting the team and creating project materials using a range of creative tools including Powerpoint and Canva.
Salary c.£37K + excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, health scheme and free on-site parking.
Key responsibilities for the Coordinator include,

  • Liaising with consultants and associates, clients and delegates
  • Management of programmes schedule and material
  • Date planning with associates on availability
  • Diary management in Zoom and Teams
  • Course content management
  • Organisation of team meetings, liaising with external venues as required
  • Provide support with various administrative tasks

The ideal Coordinator will need the following,

  • Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to create engaging and visually dynamic documents and slides
  • Must be methodical, able to plan ahead and be organised and calm under pressure
  • Ability to work across different time zones, managing multiple countries
  • Solid skills using Word, Excel and Powerpoint essential, experience of using Canva or any other creative software would be a bonus
  • Be highly client focused
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport due to location

This is the perfect role for a creative, detail-orientated Coordinator to demonstrate their exceptional administrative skills and make a real impact within a busy, demanding environment.
Hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
