Whatwill I spendmy day on atNoriker
- Work heavilywith LabVIEW to designprogram and maintain control projects fromend to end
- Maintain existingLabVIEWsoftwareprojects
- Assistprojects across the businesswith the planning design andimplementation of control andintegrationsystems
- Get involved fromdesign through tooperations of large engineering projects beingpart of a teamresponsible for SCADA architecture coding andcommissioning todeliver projects on time and inbudget
- Work closely withproject managersand engineers to ensure projectsuccess
- Promote bestpractice for LabVIEWsoftware development across the team and mentorjunior memberswherenecessary
Whatwill makeme successful in therole
- A solidengineering background beingdegree qualified in a STEMsubject
- At least 3 years ofexperience withadvanced LabVIEW programming in a commercialindustrial or researchenvironment with an emphasis on ControlSystems
- Electrical / Powerengineeringexperience would beideal
- Good workingknowledge of programminglanguages such as Javascript Labview c orPython with TCP/IPnetworking or frontend web development would bean advantage (butdont let this stop youapplying)
- You are aselfmotivated individualwith a sense of responsibility and happyaccepting your part inworking towards a largergoal
- Have permanent right towork in theUK
- Training willbe provided forspecific SCADA developmentenvironment
