Whatwill I spend my day on at Noriker?

  • Work heavily with LabVIEW to design,program, and maintain control projects from end to end

  • Maintain existing LabVIEW softwareprojects

  • Assist projects across the businesswith the planning, design, and implementation of control andintegration systems

  • Get involved from design through tooperations of large engineering projects, being part of a teamresponsible for SCADA architecture, coding and commissioning todeliver projects on time and in budget

  • Work closely with project managersand engineers to ensure project success

  • Promote best practice for LabVIEWsoftware development across the team, and mentor junior memberswhere necessary

Whatwill make me successful in the role?

  • A solid engineering background, beingdegree qualified in a STEM subject

  • At least 3 years of experience withadvanced LabVIEW programming in a commercial, industrial or researchenvironment, with an emphasis on Control Systems

  • Electrical / Power engineeringexperience would be ideal

  • Good working knowledge of programminglanguages such as Javascript, Labview, c++ or Python, with TCP/IPnetworking or front-end web development would be an advantage (butdon't let this stop you applying)

  • You are a self-motivated individualwith a sense of responsibility, and happy accepting your part inworking towards a larger goal

  • Have permanent right to work in theUK

  • Training will be provided forspecific SCADA development environment
