Whatwill I spend mytime doing atNoriker

  • You will beinvolved at all stages ofprojects from early design stage of powergeneration and powersystems project development through to projectcommissioningandoperation

  • Assisted bySenior Project Engineersyou will commit to delivering the elementrelating to yourparticular expertise of the projects

  • You will work closelywithsubcontractors and technical staff on power engineeringprojects andanticipate risks and costs related to the technicalaspects of theproject ensuring that projects are completed onschedule withinbudget and within project specifications whilstfinding maximumvalue with innovative technicalsolutions.

  • You will take aleading rolesupported by seniors within technical projects on bothproject andproductdevelopment

  • You willcoordinate with othertechnical disciplines and Noriker teams toenable the successfulcompletion ofprojects.


Whatskills and experience will Ineed to succeed in therole

  • Some engineeringbackground degreequalified in STEM subject 2:1. Lower degreeclassificationsconsidered with relevant postgraduate qualifications(MSc MEng).

  • At least 2 yearselectricalengineering experience with demonstrable problem solvingabilities

  • Experience withinthe power andenergy industry highlydesirable

  • Enthusiasm forrenewable energy andthe energymarket

  • A level of general ITliteracy andCAD proficiency programming and modelling experiencewith exposureto any of: SQL databases Python Labview or otherprogramminglanguages a strongadvantage

  • Good communicationandorganisationskills.

  • Valid UKdriving licence

  • Eligible towork permanently inUK

  • Multidisciplinaryengineers withsoftware development expertise particularlywelcome
