We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the support function of the Group Finance team based in the Group Support Centre. Reporting to the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible to produce management information for a range of internal customers, adding insightful analysis to drive business decision making. Analysing both short and long-term data; identifying business impacts and issues; highlighting key trends and anomalies in order to enable change and continuous business improvement.

You will be expected to:

Produce management information for a range of internal customers, adding insightful analysis to drive business decision making Produce weekly reporting, understanding the current market drivers Maintain strong working relationship with the sales and marketing team Support to produce the monthly CFO report Prepare monthly board reports and senior management information packs to a highly professional standard; Prove both regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to the operations office to highlight trends and drive performance; Prepare monthly reporting requirements, including review of actual results and forecasts, with full P&L and Balance sheet exposure; Prepare and analyse data for City presentations and results announcements; Drive use of existing management information within the business and the efficiency of production Develop reporting in line with market trends and business needs; Deliver excellent service to internal customers both inside and outside the finance function What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

A qualified accountant with some experience working within an F,P & A team or similar and wants to be part of a great team Minimum 2 years post qualification To be highly analytical and have an ability to draw insight from large and complex data sets Experience of working with senior stakeholders Proven understanding of the interaction of Profit and Loss accounts to Balance Sheets and cash flow/funding Advanced excel capability and experience in using financial information systems Diligent, can think across financial review and reports to ensure consistency Approachable and able to work well with colleagues in finance and other discipline Capable of thinking clearly when under pressure Resilient, energised style and able to work on own initiative Well organised, focused on meeting deadlines and able to manage activities simultaneously Our Company and Benefits We’ve been nationally recognised as a 5 star housebuilder since 2009 for supplying high-quality homes for all generations.
