Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to join our team at R&V Group Ltd. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in assisting our hiring team with various recruitment-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review available positions and candidate requirements to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with the HR team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Post job applications on relevant job sites and manage the resume database.
  • Assist the hiring team in screening candidate resumes and contacting references.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and set up interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment software and database systems to track open positions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a Junior Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
