Job Description
- You will be on duty service once a week where you will be triaging young people that are sent from the spa. You will be seeing up on duty that need an urgent assessment. You will be assessing young people in the assessment clinics and formulate the care plan and treatment. You will be part of an MDT that supports care planning.
- Take joint accountability for the delivery of clinical strategies and clinical KPI's.
- Provide leadership for health assessments and primary care services across the group for customer liaison/operational functions and strategic, product and service development.
- Provide face to face and remote clinical leadership across all channels.
Requirements
- RMN who has experience of working with children and young people in the community in a mental health service
- A senior clinician with substantial experience in the delivery and development of primary care services.
- Experience of business/financial management within a healthcare setting.
- Experience of leadership roles within representative bodies such as: CCG's, PCN's and LMC's etc.
- Participating in annual clinical appraisals.
- Recent or ongoing primary care experience.
- Experience of Line-Managing others and dealing with performance concerns in clinical practice.
