As the Deputy Manager, you will also be the Clinical Lead and work closely with the General Manager to monitor compliance, oversee clinical development, and assure quality – including directly on the floor, through hands-on nursing care. Person specification:

  • (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).
  • (Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
  • (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
