Deputy Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Black Horse, a traditional pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in creating and delivering the pub's vision
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure high standards of service and compliance
  • Ensure the pub's standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
