Athelis Club and Spa are looking to recruitan exceptional and vastly experienced General Spa Manager to runtheir renowned Aria Spa. Athelis is one of the UKs leading premiumHealth Clubs providing luxury service and facilitiesthroughout.

We are seeking a highly organised andexperienced General Spa Manager to oversee the operations of ourspa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing thedaytoday activities ensuring exceptional customer service andleading a team of spa professionals. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills strong leadership abilities and apassion for delivering an exceptional spa experience. The idealcandidate will be highly proficient at delivering world classtraining to the team of therapists and be able to continuallydevelop the offering. We require a Spa Manager who can drive andgrow the business ensuring KPIs and income targets are met andexperience around this must beshown.

Tasks
  • Manageand supervise all spa operations including scheduling staffmanagement and customer service
  • Ensure that allspa services are delivered in a professional and timelymanner
  • Develop and implement strategies toincrease spa revenue and meet salestargets
  • Train and mentor staff members on spaprocedures customer service and productknowledge
  • Maintain inventory of spa suppliesand products ensuring adequate stocklevels
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenanceof the spa facility
  • Handle customer inquiriescomplaints and feedback in a prompt and professionalmanner
  • Collaborate with other departments toensure a seamless guest experience
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spaofferings
Requirements
  • Previousexperience in a similar role within the spa or hospitalityindustry
  • Proven track record of successfullymanaging a team and achieving salestargets
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatmentsproducts and equipment
  • Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively
  • Exceptional communication skillswith the ability to effectively manage and communicate with staffmembers customers and vendors.
  • Bilingualproficiency is a plus
  • Leadership skills withthe ability to motivate and inspire ateam
