Position Overview: As a Level 2 Full-Time Year One Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our young learners in their foundational year. You will have the opportunity to provide targeted interventions and assist small groups of children in mastering essential skills, particularly focusing on phonics and core subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting engaging and effective phonics interventions
- Assisting small groups of students in core subjects
- Collaborating with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and tracking student progress
- Providing valuable feedback to enhance teaching method
