Key Stage 1 Teaching Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support our Key Stage 1 team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities for Key Stage 1 students.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, including creating resources and working with small groups or individual pupils.
- Contribute to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Provide support for students' emotional and social development, including managing behavior in line with school policies.
- Support students with additional needs, ensuring all pupils have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Assist with supervising students during lunch and break times.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting, ideally in Key Stage 1.
- A positive and nurturing approach with a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
