Clinical Deputy Manager

KPI Care are currently working with a fantastic, unique care organisation who are looking for a Deputy Manager to join their care home in Stockport.

This is a recently refurbished, medium-size, 51-bedded care home located within ST-Leonards-on-sea. They deliver high standards of person-centred care and offer both nursing and residential care.

Details and Requirements

Location: ST-Leonards-on-sea

Hours: Full time

Salary: £52,416

Registration requirements: NMC Pin

Responsibilities:

You will oversea a team of nurses and well-trained care staff as a Clinical Deputy Manager and your duties will be to promote clinical excellence, keep records and maintain clinical governance, manage staff rotas, supervisions, and appraisals, and manage admissions into the service alongside working with the wider MDT.

You will display a caring, sensitive, and approachable nature whilst being organised and reliable in approach to work. You will play a key part in the management and successful running of the Care Home.
