We are looking for a passionate and capable Autism Support Worker to join our highly-regarded school in Sunderland. This full-time role is available throughout the academic year, providing stability for students with complex needs on the Autistic spectrum.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with autism in both group and one-on-one settings
- Assisting with classwork as required
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Assisting students with their daily routines
- Collaborating with the team to develop Education Healthcare Plans (ECHP)

Qualifications:
