International Sales Manager – London – £75, + bonus

Are you steeped in the world of luxury, in fragrance, beauty or accessories?

Joining a unique, luxury fragrance brand as International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across global markets. Nurturing relationships with a very select client base, you will grow market share, revenue, and profitability through first-class execution of business plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategise, negotiate and agree joint annual business plans with retail and distribution partners Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and drive trade marketing campaigns and promotions Closely monitor and analyse KPIs, taking proactive measures to ensure delivery of company strategy and goals Monitor luxury fragrance trends and innovations, identifying business growth opportunities Lead on commercial aspects of the brand, such as pricing, commercial terms and contract negotiations Budget management, reporting and control

Candidate Profile:

Degree educated, preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing Success in commercially-focused roles within Luxury, ideally in Fragrance but beauty, sunglasses, accessories or similar are suitable Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; additional languages an advantage

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days each week in the London office.
