Job summary

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for ensuring the care home environment is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and staff. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from fixing leaks to gardening, and you'll also be expected to manage a team and liaise with contractors. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in property maintenance and at least one trade skill.

You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance with us. You'll turn your hand to all sorts of tasks within the care home building as well as in the gardens and grounds. Essential
