Growth Marketing Manager

Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing highly-targeted marketing strategies that focus on specific accounts and prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of ABM principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams. This role is remote/home based in the UK with occasional travel to meet the team.
Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs. Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and BDR outreach. Identify and segment key target accounts and personas in collaboration with the sales team. Create and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts, leveraging ABM tools and technology. Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets. Ensure ABM campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives. Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance. Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
Required Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company. Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns. Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus-
