Leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site.

Your main aim will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

To ensure the cleaning service maintains and exceeds quality standards in accordance to both contractual obligations and in complete adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.

To build strong and effective working relationships with both OCS staff and clients alike.

Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction through the provision of a quality service as laid down in the contract specifications.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 16:30, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent full-time basis. Duties: Maintain cleaning services and operations to ensure full compliance with site specific quality standards and OCS contractual obligations Proactively maintain and supervise accordingly ensuring a safe and effective working environment in complete adherence to both UK law, OCS and client policy and procedure. Working in full support of the Contract Manager, informing of any training and development needs required by your teams to achieve our individual goals and enhance their performance. To advise the Account Manager of any administration or line-management issues that may affect the smooth operation of the cleaning operation. Work in full cooperation with the Contract Manager, planning, organising and evaluating works on site. Effective stock management, inventory and control informing the contract manager of stock ordering. Supervise and lead by example, role-model tool box adherence, policies and procedures in complete adherence, and to ensure that the team are working in line with OCS agreed guidelines Company Policy: Ensure that Company Policy is implemented and adhered too.

To succeed in this role you will need:

Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry Strong people skills
