RoleOverview/Purpose:

This is a newposition in the CRE and Workspace function within the business.Since the Covid pandemic we have reimagined how we design andoperate our offices. We prioritize our employee experience when itcomes to using our workspace and onsite events have played acritical role in bringing our employee back together while creatingpurpose for our offices.

This role will play acritical part in ensuring that all our spaces from meeting rooms tolarge event spaces are operational ready and resilient to ourbusiness needs and requirements. The successful candidate will playa proactive role in ensuring our spaces are functional designedcorrectly and futureproofed for our needs.

Theideal candidate demonstrates a track record of working in largeoffices with numerous meeting spaces and a varied array ofhardware. They should also possess experience in supporting largecorporate events as well as trouble shooting and reactive supportfor onsite issues.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Supportingthe setup/operation of integrated events spaces includingauditorium spaces conference rooms and general meetingareas.
  • Work closely with theworkspace events team and internal comms teams to ensure all eventrequirements are captured and managed effectively for onsiteevents.
  • Supporting the technicaldelivery and logistics for large complex events Town halls specialevents and VIPs.
  • Test check andensure equipment is in operable condition prior to any meeting orpresentation in the office.
  • Carryoutcomprehensive checks of meeting spaces equipment and liaise withrelevant teams to support solutiondelivery.
  • Prepare equipment forfuture events and meetings asrequired.
  • Audio Visual support toother areas of the business when required; this could be setting upwebinar or assisting with presentation trouble shooting in meetingrooms/event spaces.
  • Videoconference/audio conference setup and support with Cisco&/Or other hardwaresused.
  • Liaising with workspace andevents team for any other support requirements in theoffice.

AdditionalSkills andRequirements

  • This is anoffice based role so you will to be 100% onsite across core hoursand sometimes be available to work after hours depending on eventrequirements.
  • To be well organised and flexibleand to be able to approach different tasks during the workingday.
  • Willing to work with other members of theonsite team and take instruction fromthem.
  • Ability to deal with difficultsituations.
  • Always present a positive image tothe customer.
  • The ability to work with apositive attitude.
  • Ability to work underpressure.
  • An excellent communicator confidentin dealing with people at all levels in thebusiness.

EducationQualifications &Experience

  • Proficientin audio Video and lighting equipment both digital andanalogue.
  • Good technical knowledge of AV/VCtechnologies Experience with Cisco Hardware is anadvantage.
  • Willing to undertake training andexaminations to improve their technicalknowledge.
