We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focussed to come and join our team and manage a number of Civica occupational health solution customer accounts. In this role the Customer Renewals Executive will be the first point of contact for customers while continuing to maximise the benefits they receive from the use of our software and services in Workforce Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing customer relationships for 50 accounts across the UK
  • Generate awareness of product features and benefits by creating email campaigns and online webinars
  • Maintain company software (CRM) systems and financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Income generation from existing client base from both proactive and reactive income generation including application licence sales and project / data consultancy to achieve set income targets
  • The role will require occasional travel to customer sites and company meetings at company offices across the UK
