About You:Experience and Expertise: You will have experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly in a community or mental health setting. Your background has equipped you to inspire and motivate people, assess and address employment barriers, and understand client needs to help them achieve their goals. Experience working with mental health clients. Strong motivational skills and knowledge of employment support. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Advice, Health and Social Care, or Customer Service. Full, valid driver's license (required for travel to community sites). Understanding of employment law and the Equalities Act 2010 is a plus. Qualifications

Essential

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Advice, Health and Social Care, or Customer Service. Full, valid driver's license (required for travel to community sites). Understanding of employment law and the Equalities Act 2010 is a plus.
