Patient Care Advisor/Receptionist

Job summary
We are looking to recruit another trusted member of our team, with the right attributes; common-sense and customer focussed approach, able to work well in a team and work independently, to ensure we provide the best possible service to our patients.
The right applicant would need to work shifts commencing at 8am and or finishing at , part time or on a full time basis, particularly on Monday and Friday. We can offer some degree of flexibility to the right person.
Main duties of the job
As a patient care advisor/receptionist, you will support the clinical team to ensure patients are signposted to the appropriate practice services and to manage various administrative tasks. The main duties include; assisting with patient triage, communicating with patients by telephone and at main reception desk, email communications and various administrative tasks. You will develop new skills, whilst being supported by a friendly and innovative team.
The right candidate will have the following:
excellent customer service, communication skills and IT computer skills excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines flexible and adaptable Previous NHS experience preferred, must have patient facing and office experience is desirable Training will be provided.
