About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sunbelt Rentals as an Operations Support Co-ordinator on a fixed term basis.

In this new role you will manage all day to day transactions to ensure optimum performance.

Your job responsibilities will include;

Ensure that all transactions and documentation are recorded accurately and in line with both Sunbelt’s and Customer policies & procedures. Partner with rehire partners in order to identify and implement service and system efficiencies / improvements. Work in conjunction with the whole 360 solutions team to improve revenue growth and maximise Sunbelt’s share of the business. Ensure all transactions issues are managed in line with operational procedures and SLA. Ensure that all non-conformance issues are logged and managed in accordance with Company Policy and SLA agreements, escalating to ODs / BDD where appropriate. Effectively manage the Sunbelt systems procedures to ensure a smooth transition of the hire process. Managing customer invoicing, monitoring whether additional PO’s are required and supplying financial reports back on events. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working within Customer Service or similar role Microsoft and Computer literate Experience of previous involvement in projects or organisation of people Billing experience would be an advantage
