We are now recruiting for Ticketing Consultants join our GDS airline ticketing team, based at our office in Leyland. In this role you will be responsible for issuing airline tickets and other documents accurately and within agreed timescales. This will also include re-issuing tickets due to enforced changes and customer-led amendments.

You must be able to work quickly and accurately with a keen eye for detail as you will need to decipher airline contracts and transfer this information to tickets. This role involves working across multiple IT systems so you need to be able to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills and experience:

GCSE/educated – Maths & English language grade 9-4/’C’ or above – or equivalent Knowledge of interpreting Airline Contracts and GDS ticketing would be an advantage Attention to detail IT literate Numerate Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
