About the Role:As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will have a key role in supporting and teaching pupils with diverse needs, such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual pupil needs
- Creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support progress and development
- Collaborating closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support
- Using a range of strategies to manage behavior effectively and positively
- Assessing and tracking the progress of pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential
We are looking for a committed and empathetic teacher who is:
- Experienced in teaching primary-age pupils with SEN, ideally within an inclusive or specialist school setting
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing personalized learning strategies
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Strong in communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
