As a Head ofPublisher Success you will lead our global team ofPublisher Success Managers and foster customer relationshipdevelopment promotion and upselling of all companys products toMGID partners and clients as well as increase margin profit throughperformance optimization.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationshipswith key publishers on a worldwide scale ensuring mutual growth andprosperity
  • Leverage your expertise to provideinvaluable insights that steer our business development prioritiesand elevate our global clientexperience
  • Collaborate closely with ourinnovative Product Team to tailor and enhance our offeringsensuring they exceed the expectations of our diverse globalclientele
  • Pioneer and refine global processesthat enhance client satisfaction boost campaign performance andminimize attrition rates
  • Play a pivotal role inresolving intricate technical challenges for our esteemedpublishers showcasing your problemsolvingprowess
  • Establish and enforce high standardsfor our Success Management Team maximizing their potential anddriving exceptional results
  • Set bold midtermand longterm goals for our functional teams aligning them with ouroverarching global business developmentstrategies
RequirementsWhoYou Are:
  • You worked in Adtech/Martechindustry for over 5 years and led publisher success function forover 2 years
  • You possess a deep knowledge andunderstanding of global advertising market tendencies and trendsmodern technology and technology evolutionforecasts
  • You have a deep understanding ofonline advertising dynamics trends and technologies; and campaignplanning & buying (including RTB)
  • Youare a great communicator capable of delivering great customerservice and consultation and able to build cooperation withdifferent types of publishers
  • You areanalytically driven able to find creative solutions enjoying towork in a dynamic team
