We are looking for a creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Manager to join a scale up lifestyle retail brand. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with Head of Operations, the Visual Merchandising Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s presence and enhancing customers’ shopping experience through the innovative display of products across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Brand Guardian by developing, implementing, and managing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand’s identity, campaign themes, and target market.

Lead and manage the visual merchandising team of two Visual Merchandisers, including hiring, training, and ongoing development, to ensure a high level of motivation and performance.

Collaborate with the marketing, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Design and execute compelling window display, in-store setups, and visual themes that attract and engage customers, driving foot traffic and enhancing the shopping experience.

Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics of visual merchandising initiatives to make informed decisions and continuously refine strategies.

Coordinate with store managers to adjust visual displays based on store performance, layout, and seasonal changes.

Experience and Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a retail environment.

Ideally, a Mandarin speaker and able to converse with Far East and follow corporate Guidelines.

Proficiency in visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Flexibility to travel as required to various retail locations.
