We are looking for someone with a passion for diversity and inclusion practices as well as talent management and leadership development to join our diversity, inclusion and talent team. This person will report to the Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Talent, and will be responsible for developing and deploying a portfolio of programs and practices in line with our diversity and inclusion strategy and talent management plan.

In your role, you will:

Contribute to the development and deployment of our strategic plan supporting our vision of diversity and inclusion. Provide active support to our Diversity Forums Identify and plan the updating of our HR policies and practices in terms of diversity and inclusion. Develop and promote the Bombardier Academy of Learning to provide accessible and relevant tools to our employees to support their personal development and career management  Participate in the design and deployment of the Leadership Development Program and its activities  Recommend innovative training strategies and design online and in-class pedagogical content based on learning objectives, context and operational realities. Facilitate and deliver training workshops and professional development programs Contribute, in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization, to the development of robust and integrated talent management programs and practices.  Design and implement key initiatives critical to the HR strategic plan, as well as work with internal partners to identify needs and design appropriate programs and solutions. Propose innovative solutions for the various programs in the project portfolio aimed at supporting the organizational culture, and measure their performance in order to maximize their impact and ensure their ongoing development.

How to thrive in this role?

You have at least 5 years of experience in talent management, training or organizational development, including at least 2 years in diversity and inclusion mandates. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, management, communications or other related field. You know how to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders. You have strong project and change management skills. You have excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in an organized and structured way with minimal supervision. You have experience in workshop or training facilitation. You are fluently bilingual (English and French)
