Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Design and deliver exciting, engaging lessons that captivate Year 3 students and inspire a love for learning
Keep a close eye on student progress, providing valuable feedback to help them soar to new heights
Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere where every child feels supported and motivated
Collaborate with an amazing team of like-minded educators to develop creative curriculum and teaching resources
Play a key role in school life by attending staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events, ensuring you're an integral part of the school community
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Enhanced DBS check
✅ In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum
✅ Stellar communication and people skills to engage with students, parents, and staff alike
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is a must-have.
Experience That'll Make You Shine:
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting
A strong understanding of child development and a toolkit full of engaging teaching strategies
Proficiency in using educational technology to bring lessons to life
Outstanding classroom management to create a joyful, productive learning space
Bonus Points For:
A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Experience teaching Year 3 students (you’ll feel right at home)
Specialist training in literacy or numeracy (because you’ve got the superpower to unlock academic success)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
