Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement captivating lessons that engage Year 3 students and foster a love for learning.
- Monitor student progress closely, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
- Create a dynamic, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to design creative curriculum and teaching materials.
- Actively participate in school life by attending staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events, ensuring your presence is felt within the community.
Qualifications We Seek:
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is essential.
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school environment.
- Strong knowledge of child development and a repertoire of engaging teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with educational technology to enhance lesson delivery.
- Exceptional classroom management skills to foster a productive learning atmosphere.
Additional Qualifications That Are Valued:
- A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with Year 3 students
- Specialized training in literacy or numeracy, equipping you to unlock academic success.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
