Reporting to the newly appointed Head of Nursing, the successful candidate will work closely with the Hospital Directors alongside and variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business. This role will also work closely with Consultants, the Senior Management Team and the EKHUFT and SPH clinical teams

The interview will include a short 15 minute presentation.

Interview Date 15th August 2024 between 13:00 - 17:00

Main duties of the job

To effectively manage and lead SPH theatres To liaise with consultants Work with the teams to attain and maintain a CQC rating of Good or Outstanding Provide leadership to staff and management of staff and services To monitor clinical practice. To provide direct supervision and coaching To control the allocation and flow of work in theatres To maintain accurate and comprehensive records. To provide hands on clinical duties as required. To identify, plan and implement service development The management of the endoscopy services (tbc).
