Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planned care for patients within the perioperative department, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the theatre team to manage and organize care provision, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs, discuss and agree responsibilities, and plan care to meet individual health and wellbeing requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, prioritizing customer service and maintaining a positive working relationship.
- Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- At least 1 year of UK experience working in theatre, with a strong background in acute hospital settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
