We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and friendly school in Aylesbury. This is a full-time role, providing an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SEN coordinators to implement tailored learning strategies.
  • Assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-on-one support.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is advantageous.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to working with children of varying needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
