Are you looking for a rewarding new challenge in the care sector? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary SEN school in Aylesbury.

About the Role:
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development.
  • Provide 1:1 support and help manage behaviour.
  • Work closely with teachers to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Promote social skills, independence, and confidence in students.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time hours (08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday).
  • Competitive pay rate of £84 per day / £14 per hour.
  • No prior SEN or Teaching Assistant experience required – full training provided.
  • A chance to use your care sector skills to positively impact children's education and wellbeing.
Ideal Candidates:
  • Caring and compassionate individuals with experience in the care sector.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs.
  • Willing to undergo a DBS check (we can assist with the application).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
