Comex2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed CoOrdinatorto join our backoffice team located inHillington.

TheCoordinator will work closely with the Programme Managers andprovide comprehensive support in managing day to day client toensure the project runs smoothly diligently and accurately. Aprofessional and confidential manner will be required at all times.

Responsibilitiesandduties

End to end responsibility for coordination of customerdelivery

Jeopardy management of job queues andqueries

Daily Interface with Programme Managers suppliers and attendregular conferencecalls

Complete daily / weekly / monthlyreports

Receive and review daily work stack over Internal System.Management of planned start dates and completion dates on theinternalsystem.

Act as an interface with the Program Managers to provide timely andaccurateupdates

Monitor and Update Internal customersystems

Raise and action from start to finish StreetworksNotices

Liaise with the field and managementdaily

Handling of customer complaints andqueries.



Requirements

Experience of proactive coordination & developingrelationships with keystakeholders

Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineeringdesirable

Able to communicate clearly andconsistently

Experience of NRSWA standards andguidelines

Customer service trainingdesirable

Computer literate MS Office as well as experience managingdatabases

Flexibility to undertake works outside core workinghours

Able to work underpressure

Flexible to accommodate operationalneeds
