Mandatory Skills:

Ability to use measuringequipment (caliper micrometer etc.)

Able toread blue prints and/or follow instruction to ascertain set up andmaterials required

Able to set up toolingset gauges and guards to produce a number of different notchesholes extrusions according to specifications ondrawings.

Able to maintain productionprocess in an efficient and effective state.

Able to install tooling and program depth gauges of various sizesand degrees to bend to form simple to semi complex parts

Duties

Operate assigned equipment

Transfer finished product/output to appropriatearea.

Perform checks during machineoperation to ensure quality of production/work being produced andspecifications are met

Set up machineaccording to specifications and ensure availability of appropriatematerials in preparation for production to ensure jobs areprocessed accurately and based on client prescribedguidelines.

Perform daily preventativemaintenance on assigned machine to ensure optimal operatingefficiency in accordance with specific machine maintenanceprocedures

Troubleshoot basicproblems/issues associated with assigned equipment based prescribedinstructions as applicable.

Escalateunresolved issues based on escalation procedure. Interact withonsite equipment vendors to resolve any equipmentissues.
